The Anoka County License & Passport Services business hours will be changing effective Tuesday, September 6th.  All office locations will be open 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on Tuesdays going forward.
