Transit Link Dial-A-Ride
Transit Link operates where fixed bus routes are not available. This service operates using accessible buses and requires advanced reservations.
Metro Mobility is a shared public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to used regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition. Call 651-602-1111 for more information.

Bike Racks: Bike racks are available on all Metro Transit buses and the Anoka County Traveler. There is no additional charge for using the bike racks. There are easy instructions are printed directly on the racks.
Bike Lockers: Bike lockers are weatherproof storage; like a garage for your bike. Bike lockers are available at many Park and Ride lots and many other Twin Cities locations. Annual rental (February 1-January 31), costs $48 plus a $40 refundable damage deposit. The rental fee is reduced by $4 for each month into the term, but month-to-month rental is not available. Bus Accessibility: Every bus has a lift or ramp to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices (such as scooters and Segways), and drivers are trained to help customers secure mobility devices safely. Customers with disabilities should board first and exit last. Read the instructions for boarding and exiting a bus from a lift.
Guaranteed Ride Home: Guaranteed Ride Home is Metro Transit's free program that gets you home from work or school if you have a family emergency or have to work late unexpectedly. To be eligible for this program, you must ride the train, bus, carpool, vanpool, bicycle or walk to work or school at least three times per week.
