Anoka County Public Health and Environmental Services leads the community through a regular Assessment and Planning process. This process involves community members and partners to identify the main health priorities facing our community and establish a plan for addressing these issues. As part of the recent Community Health Assessment and Planning process, Anoka County developed a survey to better understand the health status and needs of residents. 4,000 randomly selected households were invited to complete the survey, with 857 adults responding (21.4%).
