Availability of Low-Cost Vaccinations

Low-cost vaccinations are available for:

  • Children on a Minnesota Health Care Program
  • Uninsured/under-insured children through age 18
  • Uninsured/under-insured adults ages 19 and older

Requested Fee

A $10 fee per shot for qualifying clients is requested. Cash and checks are accepted, but not plastic credit/debit cards. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

To schedule an appointment, call 763-324-4240. Please bring all immunization records with you to the clinic.
