Anoka County libraries have reopened to the public with limited hours and capacities. Please see the updated hours below.  Please note that the Mississippi Library is currently closed for renovation. Also note that the Columbia Heights Public Library is also open on a limited basis, but with a different schedule.  Please visit their website for more information.
