Right-of-Way permits are required for utility installations (including private sewer and water connections), grading in the county right-of-way, or work which obstructs the right-of-way.
How to Apply
Prior to the issuance of a Right-of-Way permit, the applicant must first become registered as a Right-of-Way User.
