Right-of-Way permits are required for utility installations (including private sewer and water connections), grading in the county right-of-way, or work which obstructs the right-of-way. Prior to the issuance of a Right of Way permit, the applicant must first become registered as a Right of Way User. Applicants must apply in person, by appointment only. Anoka County Right-of-Way Ordinance No. 2000-2 governs the work within the right-of-way.
