Anoka County Public Health is pleased to offer K-12 schools the opportunity to submit project proposals for Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) funding. Our goal is to improve the health and wellness of school communities through good nutrition, physical activity, well-being, and commercial tobacco free living.
