How do I obtain a copy of recorded documents or my Certificate of Title?
Requests containing document number can be mailed with appropriate fees ($10 for certified copy, or $1 per page for standard copy) to: Anoka County Property Records and Taxation, 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303. Please include self-address stamped return envelope. Request will not be honored without payment.

Documents are also available in our public research room located on the first floor in the government center. Room 165. If document was recorded after 1994, assistance obtaining the document number is available by calling 763-323-5400.
