Home Rehabilitation Loan Program

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to protect our customers and employees, Anoka County temporarily closed all its public-facing services.  Even though face-to-face visits have been eliminated, county employees will still be available to help via email, phone and virtual visits.

The Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Programs provides deferred loan financing to income-eligible homeowners to address health and safety concerns in your home. Anoka County offers two loan programs to Anoka County property owners. See the program fact sheets below.

Loan program income limits are based on gross household annual income of all household members. Borrowers must not exceed the income limit per household size. Approved Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Programs applicants will be placed on a first come, first served wait list.
