The North Central Library originally opened on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1978, and is now located in the Crosstown Shopping Center in Ham Lake. The full-service library offers popular reading and information for all ages as well as WiFi, wireless printing, public computers, and classes and events for all ages.
