You and your family are invited to come and see YOUR Anoka County Sheriff’s Office and the diverse services we provide to the citizens of Anoka County.
Outdoor demonstrations, displays, and opportunities to interact with our public safety partners will be available as well. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from local area food trucks.
We hope you can join us as we work together to develop positive changes in our communities.

Sheriff’s Office displays include:

  • S.W.A.T.

    Marine Unit *Dive pool, inflatable life jacket safety demonstrations, life jacket sizing, and limited number of free life jackets for children in need.*

  • K-9 demonstrations (5:00 & 6:15 P.M.) *NEW and expanded demonstration!*

  • Recreation vehicles

  • Criminal investigations

  • Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

  • Midwest Regional Forensic Lab

  • Jail

  • Inmate transport

New This Year

Visit the new dispatch building next door to the sheriff's office.  The dispatch building will be open to guests from 4-6:30 P.M. and is accessible from the Open House event via a short walk.  A shuttle will be available for those needing assistance.

Parking

Parking will be available at the Anoka Archery Center and at the Anoka County plow lot on 133rd Ave NW.  This is a short walking distance from the event and shuttles will also be available for those needing assistance.
