Are you looking for Subsidized Housing Options?
Subsidized Housing
Subsidized housing is a form of rental assistance for those who are eligible and have low to moderate incomes. Subsidies work on the premise that renters should not pay more than 30% of their gross income for housing. Assistance can take several forms including individual housing vouchers, project-based assistance, public housing and tenant-based assistance just to name a few. Subsidy programs are usually administered by Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (HRA’s) or Public Housing Authorities (PHA’s).
