Public health services are available to the foreign-born and non-citizen. Services available include help getting medical care, referral to community resources, and education about:

- Understanding the U.S. health care system
- Well-child care programs
- Signs and symptoms of illness
- Pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn care
- Parenting
