Memory Café

A Socialization and Networking Program For Care Partners

• Anoka County Family Caregiver Connection partners with Faith Lutheran Church to host a Memory Café.  This program offers a welcoming and engaging place where people with memory loss and their caregivers can laugh, learn and remain socially connected with others sharing the same experience.  Memory Café includes facilitated conversation, creative activities and information about community resources.

   

   "Living with memory loss is isolating. Memory Café provided me and my spouse the opportunity to become part of a community who understands living with memory loss. this group helped us feel less socially isolated." Memory Café Participant.
