The Anoka County Library aims to connect local authors with local readers. As part of this initiative we choose 15 authors to feature each year. Featured authors are promoted throughout the year in the following ways:
- Table at the Anoka County Library Local Author Fair
- Features on the library website and social media channels
- Book promotion with local media
- Designated displays of MN authors at library branches
- Collaboration with community partners for events featuring authors
- Have your book added to the library collection
