Sheriff's Sales
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office conducts various types of sales in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes 514.19 to 22. In the majority of cases the Sheriff's Office is acting as an auctioneer for the person who wishes the sale to be performed.
The following is a list of such sales. The list is not exhaustive:
- Mortgage Foreclosure Sales
- Execution Sales
- Sales pursuant to court orders, tax warrants, etc.
- Miscellaneous sales pursuant to various statutes (applying to specific circumstances)
- Mechanic's Lien Sales

List of Sales
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office does not provide a list of Sheriff's sales, but mortgage foreclosure sales can be found online. If the Sheriff's Office is conducting a sale pursuant to a judgment and decree or as part of an execution action, the sale notice will be posted in three public display cases located at the following locations:

The City Hall building of the city in which the property being sold is located.
