Development Review

All Development Review materials should be submitted to Camila Arenas, either as an email attachment or by providing a link to download. For any questions related to Development Review, refer to our Development Review Manual or contact Camila Arenas at (763) 324-3148 or camila.arenas@anokacountymn.gov.

Required Development Review Materials

  • Construction plans
    (when creating PDFs, please remove or save without AutoCAD comments)
  • Utility relocation plans
  • Traffic Control plan signed by a P.E., if there will be an impact to traffic.
  • Grading and Erosion Control plans
  • Drainage calculations - Note that the post developed rate/volume of runoff must not exceed the pre-developed rate/volume of runoff for the 10-year critical design storm.
  • Completed ACHD Design Requirements Checklist (see Checklist)
  • Engineering Review Fee (see Fee Schedule)

This portal is for payment of fees by an applicant (developer, City, etc.) when submitting plans for Development Review by the Anoka County Highway Department. Payment can be made by either credit card or e-check payments. Payment transaction fees will be paid by Anoka County.
