Disability Plates and Certificates 

Disability plates and certificates may be applied for at any Anoka County License Center or applied for through our drop boxes. The Application for Disability Parking Certificate must be completed and signed by the physician and applicant. Please view our Disability Certificate Application Guide to ensure all necessary fields are filled out.

Fees may apply.

The disability placard and/or plates will be mailed to you from the Department of Public Safety.

You will be given a temporary 90 day certificate at the time of application.

If you do not receive your placard/plates within 90 days, please contact:
