Development Review

All Development Review materials should be submitted to Brandon Ulvenes, either as an email attachment or by providing a link to download. Required Development Review Materials

• Construction plans
  (when creating PDFs, please remove or save without AutoCAD comments)
• Plan set should include a Traffic Control plan signed by a P.E., if there will be an impact to traffic.
• Completed Design Requirements Checklist (see Checklist)
• Drainage calculations
• Development Review Fee (see Fee Schedule)

This portal is for payment of fees by an applicant (developer, City, etc.) when submitting plans for Development Review by the Anoka County Highway Department. Payment can be made by either credit card or e-check payments. Payment transaction fees will be paid by Anoka County.
